吃魔鬼蛋或者鸡蛋沙拉三明治的话要用全熟鸡蛋。 煮鸡蛋时间不能过长,否则蛋黄周围会因为鸡蛋中的铁盒算产生一圈绿色的圆环。虽然不会影响鸡蛋的口感,但是这样会破坏鸡蛋里面的蛋白质。
