A North Korean rocket fell apart Friday and crashed into the sea shortly after lift off. North Korea’s official news agency acknowledged that the three-stage rocket failed to send the satellite into orbit. As Steve Herman reports the brief report said scientists are looking into the cause of the failure, but they provided few other details.
